Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original gift boxes and include all tags to ensure the product remains in sellable condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gift, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
